The 2012 Summer Conference in Chicago has arrived. Here is a view of the Chicago skyline Monday night shot by APSE President Michael Anastasi, who is already in town to begin preparations for the convention.

APSE Executive Director Jack Berninger offers the following information for those arriving in Chicago:

The cheapest way to go is to take the train (CTA). From O'Hare Blue Line to Red Line gets you downtown for about $2.50. From Midway Orange line to Red line for about $2.50.

A cab from O'Hare is about $36. Midway is $28.

No hotel shuttle service from hotel or from airport is available. Private shuttle services are available, but they are costly.
