The deadline to reserve a room at the Doubletree Suites Orlando/Disney Springs for APSE’s winter judging conference has been extended until Wednesday, Feb. 1. The group rate is $173 per night.
The conference is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 19 through Thursday, Feb. 23.
Please plan to arrive on Sunday. Judging begins Monday and continues through Thursday. A full schedule of events is below.

Winter Conference Judging Schedule
Sunday, Feb. 19 Officers meeting and lunch. General opening session meeting, poolside cocktail party.
Monday, Feb. 20: Judging begins.
Tuesday, Feb. 21: Judging continues, evening pooloside cocktail party.
Wednesday, Feb. 22: Judging continues.
Thursday, Feb. 23: Judging concludes, closing meeting.
