Given the brand-new status of our digital contest, I’m trying to build in several failsafes to avoid disaster.
I need you to identify the publication at the top of the entry when you submit it. This is to guarantee that the USA TODAY Sports entries are indeed the entries in the USA TODAY Sports folder, not those of the New York Times. Without that ID there’s no way for me to tell.
When we move the entries into the official contest folders, we will delete the identifier.
